InBetween team joined the 8th International Conference on Information Society and
Technology
The 8th International Conference on Information Society and Techology was held in Kopaonik, Serbia, on
March 11-14, 2018.
ICIST 2018 was the eighth edition of one of the most renowned IT scientific events in Serbia: around 200
participants including IT industry representatives in the region took part in event and every year around
70-100 papers are presented.
The event constitutes a perfect opportunity for networking, dissemination of recent research results, getting new project ideas, finding new scientific partners and bringing great vibes back home: this is why InBetween’s project partner Institute Mihailo Pupin joined the conference.
Moreover, Marko Batić, Nikola Tomašević and Sanja Vraneš submitted a paper on possible system architectures and corresponding deployment models for and IoT platform for increasing energy efficiency of end users by changing their behavior in this regard. They reviewed the most prominent middleware-based architectures and proposed a system architecture and deployment model.
